Autobiographical puppet show
»My parents always told me my grandfather was nervous. While I was living with him, I discovered he had a mental illness called organic delusional disorder. I tried to understand his hallucinations, even heal them, but in the end I just needed to accept it. That’s why this show is dedicated to all beautiful crazy minds in the world.« (Tea Kovše)
MOŽ! is an old man. He is living alone in his home and never leaves. In his solitude, he falls in love with a lamp and confronts his own fears.
The play is based on the short stories Metamorphosis (Franz Kafka), Tju (Slavko Grum) and on the true story of Tea’s grandfather, who was an ex coal miner diagnosed with organic delusional disorder.

*MINIATURE PUPPET THEATER MOŽ!
When Covid-19 affected our perception, we created the project Miniature puppet theater MOŽ!, where we explore themes of isolation and mental illness. The main character is named MOŽ!. Everything that happens, happens with him and at the same time because of him. The goal of the miniature puppet theater MOŽ! is to explore the peculiar and beautiful way in which MOŽ! perceives the world from his isolated room. The literary foundation for the theater’s projects is Gothic literature (Dracula, The Picture of Dorian Gray, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and Frankenstein). The exploration of an isolated mind in the first show (MOŽ! sit with me) directly led to the exploration of the frightening and dreadful depths of human nature in the puppet opera Drakula. The ultimate goal is achieved when MOŽ! in the final piece of the trilogy (Viktor F!) creates his friend – when he himself creates new puppet life.
