The puppet horror performance »The Worm« is a story without moral, where human life is worth nothing or all that is left of it in the end is just its bare nutritional value. On one hand, we are witnessing gluttony, and on the other, total dehumanization.

“The only good person for him was a dead person. The corpses were his favorite about twelve days old and they tasted best when they weren’t buried, but rotted in the open air. That was when he felt most like the executor of the natural cycle, which he liked to present himself as. When he had to work his way through wooden crates or do other preparatory work, his existence didn’t necessarily seem any less significant, but less elegant.
